AI-enabled tools may be used for purposes such as:
· Administrative support (e.g. scheduling, reminders, documentation workflows)
· Practice management and quality improvement
· Drafting or organising non-clinical content
· Transcribe session notes for documentation
AI is not used to diagnose, provide treatment, or make clinical decisions about your care.

· Using secure systems selected by the practice
· Limiting access to authorised users
· Avoiding the input of identifying client information into AI tools where possible
AI-enabled functions may be integrated within practice management system Halaxy and Coviu software.
As with all digital systems, there are potential risks, including data breaches or technical errors. While reasonable steps are taken, the practice cannot guarantee the absolute security of electronic systems.
